J2 Brands Acquisition Continues Pratesi Legacy

In August 2019, J2 Brands  completed the acquisition of Italian luxury home brand, Pratesi. Pratesi has been producing fine linens in Tuscany, Italy, for more than 113 years. Celebrating the acquisition is Joseph Hedaya, a partner of J2 Brands and third generation owner of Hedaya Home Fashions, a family owned home linens company established in 1961.
